About inspiration

ECHOES OF SILENCE is inspired by photographs taken in Art Nouveau buildings in the Murcia region of Spain, where Christèle Jacquemin lived for 17 years. In order to satisfy her desire to travel and to leave her familiar surroundings behind, the artist found herself in the familiar clutches of slow deconstruction from which she was only freed through a long process of personal development.

Back in France, she has made the transition from asylum in the past to life in the blossoming present a breathtaking one.

This scent invites us to break the silence and bring a new spring into the present time.
